Sergey Rybakov is the President of the Bar Association. He has been providing legal services since 2000, and advocacy since 2005. Specializes in corporate, contract and investment law. He coordinates and personally participates in legal support of large projects. He has extensive experience in court, arbitrage and consulting practice.
In 2013, he was awarded the title of "Honorary Advocate of the Moscow Region Bar Chamber". In 2014, he was awarded the lapel badge "150 years of the Russian Advocateship" for his highly professional work by the Council of the Russian Federal Bar Association. On September 17, 2015, he was awarded the II degree medal "For Merits in the Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens" by the Council of the Russian Federal Bar Association.
He is an expert at the Russian President's Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights. Since January 1, 2016, he is the head of the Expert Council of the Moscow Region Bar Chamber.
In 2000, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, with highest distinction. In 2015, he graduated from O. Kutafin Moscow State Law University with a master's degree in Corporate Law.
He is an author (or a co-author) of the following books: "Starting a business: competent creation of your own business"; "Buying and selling a business. Russian practice"; "Commercial Real Estate: Privatization and Protection"; "Special economic zones in Russia. Tax incentives and benefits." He is an author of numerous articles and commentaries on pertinent legal issues.
He is a member of such professional associations as the Moscow Region Bar Chamber, the Association of Lawyers of Russia, the International Bar Association (IBA), the International Union (Commonwealth) of Advocates, the Federal Union of Advocates of Russia, the Union of Lawyers of Moscow.
